RoomNXT is a software only workplace platform covering visitor management, meeting room booking, desk booking and parking booking, built by Ruparel Computers Pvt. Ltd.
You can work with RoomNXT directly. Book a demo and we will scope your requirements with you. Where it helps, for example a regional implementation or hardware sourcing, we can also connect you with a partner.
On premises means RoomNXT runs inside your own data center. Your own cloud means RoomNXT runs on infrastructure you control in a public or private cloud. SaaS means RoomNXT is hosted and managed for you. All three run the same software and the same features.
No. RoomNXT is software and runs on any kiosk, tablet, PoE display, smart TV or browser you already have. Our team can recommend hardware if you are setting up a new site
No app is required. RoomNXT works on any device through a browser.
